As I have said multiple times already, you cannot redeem a game or code if you are not in the right region. If you have bought or gotten a gift that is for Nintendo USA, then you cannot use the code in Canada.
Now yes, you cannot change your Nintendo switch account region. So if you really want to redeem the code, then you can open a new account for that game and set the available region for that code. If you have made a new account try putting the code again in your account, I am sure it will work.

2. Change Device Region
Yes, you cannot change your account region; however, you can change your device region. Nintendo eshop wants the account region and the device region to be in the same place. So any dissimilarities in the region will lead up to an error.
Here are the steps to change the device region in Nintendo:
- Go to settings.
- Scroll down to system settings.
- Navigate to the system.
- Select region.
- Change the region.
Now change the device region according to your account. But if your content is from an entirely different region, you have to make a new account. Make sure to keep that in mind.

3. Check Server Status
If your regional internet connection is down or if the Nintendo server is down, then you will see the error code more frequently. So check the Nintendo server status before jumping into other solutions.
Here are the steps to check Nintendo server status:
- Go to your browser.
- Search for Nintendo server status.
- Log in with your Nintendo account credentials.
- Check for errors in online service status.
If you see any error, then you can just chill. Wait for the server to come back online, and then try again to redeem your code. But if the servers are up and running, then diagnose if your internet connection is working fine or not. You can call your ISP to check in with the issue.

Господа! Вы не поверите, но вы оба правы. Есть такое “эффект утёнка”: что первое увидел, то и мама в смысле самое любимое. Другое дело, что многим любимым в детстве играм лучше так и остаться приятными воспоминаниями – играть в них сейчас невозможно. С технической стороны нет проблем, графика… ну на любителя, геймплейно – уже не катит. Выживают игры лучшие из лучших. И тут плавно переходим ко второй части.
Многие как-то упускают то, что в подписке Nintendo OnLine есть игры:
NES (он же Dendy и он же Famicom) – 63 шт.
SNES – 55 шт.
в расширенной подписке
Nintendo 64 – 21 шт. и в ближайшее время добавят ещё 6
SEGA – 29 шт.

Если есть возможность брать на старшие консоли, то лучше брать туда.
Сама игра норм. Русские субтитры. Подгрузка по ходу движения (плата за порт на Свич). Могут быть глюки вроде неоткрывающеся двери, которая должна открываться. А с учётом, что и на ПК глюки есть, то брать можно.

OLED брать и делать его своей основной консолью. Лайт использовать как вспомогательную консоль, типа на выездах. Почему так?
OLED (как и 2-я ревизия) гибрид – картинка выводится на монитор/ТВ и есть мобильность. Лайт чисто мобильный без вывода на экран и без вибрации.
В общем поиграл дома на большом экране, сохранился и пошёл гулять с Лайтом, играя с того же места.

А я порекомендую игру HUNTDOWN. Не слышал про неё здесь, почти случайно наткнулся на зарубежном сайте, ища игры для прохождения вдвоём. Очень понравилась мне и жене, даже больше чем guns gore cannoli и guacamelle. Уровни и боссы топ, саундтрек шикарен. Однозначно советую, только русского языка нет, но он там и не нужен особо. Сегодня заканчивается на неё скидка.

Если Свич единственная консоль, то ясен пень брать всё по своему вкусу и предпочтению. Понимать, что красиво и графонисто как у других не будет. Зато полно игр, которых просто нет на других платформах.

стоит брать если есть большая тяга поиграть на тв, или если вдруг хочется играть на улице при ярком свете, либо если просто больно смотреть на экран лайта. в остальном, лично я – не вижу смысла менять приставку, для меня это просто +1 час игры за 25к.
зы: а вообще если есть лишние деньги на покупку – берите, пробуйте. ненужное всегда можно продать. По крайней мере я именно так обычно поступаю, проще потерять пару тысяч при продаже, чем сидеть и гадать.
